Having worked the majority of my life in financial services leveraging my degree in Marketing as well as my analytical and business development background, coupled with a deep passion for food and drink means Punky Pig as a business is simply something I love doing. If it’s looking to develop the business through new products, or managing relations with the local business we work with… overseeing Punky Pig’s growth is something which drives me every day.
With a varied background, starting at 13 years old washing dishes in a pub in Llandudno then 4 years later becoming the head chef at the age of 17 my passion for food was born. Working in many different restaurants cooking varied styles of food, Punky Pig was a new challenge for me. With my passion for food and business, I believe I am fundamental to the growth of the business and am looking forward to watching it grow.
A part qualified accountant with a passion for supporting local entrepreneurs and community based businesses. In 2018, two of my close friends and now co-partners asked me to embark on the Punky Pigs journey. As a Chester graduate myself, this was an offer that I could not refuse, and was extremely excited to assist and influence the direction of the business venture.
